GE Healthcare
After a competitive regional search for a new site to locate three GE Healthcare divisions, the company selected Research Park for a new, 506,195 square foot building to be developed on a 25 acre land site. This building was designed to be a premier showplace for the client’s innovative products and services. The sole tenant, GE Healthcare, continues to hold a long-term lease.
10000 Innovation Drive
An ideal opportunity for technology, medical and research companies seeking to reside alongside a premium tenant mix in the Milwaukee County Research Park. Centered in a prime location in the heart of metro Milwaukee, the building features high-visibility signage opportunities along Highway 45 and improved access with the completion of the Zoo Interchange reconstruction.
