The Technology Innovation Center provides 80,000 square-feet of prime lab, light manufacturing, and office space with high-bandwidth internet connectivity, ample-three phase high voltage power, and high ceiling loading dock.

Lab space
20,000 square-feet of wet laboratories, supported by a core services facility with autoclave/sterilizer, endotoxin-free water, DI water, ice machine, glassware washer & dark room.

Small Office Space
50,000 square feet of office space of varying sizes. The smaller offices are ideal for professionals, accountants, lawyers, etc.

Large Office Space
50,000 square feet of office space of varying sizes. The larger office space is ideal for administrative offices, IT companies, software and application development.
